I would say that more than a hotel, they are rooms that literally open onto the beach. You step out of the room and you are on one of the best beaches in Mexico. During the day there is a lot of activity, but after 7 PM there is no one around, and you can only hear the sea. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable, the linens are new, the bathroom works perfectly, and everything is very clean. Our room was equipped for seniors or disabled guests.

The breakfast is simple, but it's enjoyable because it's right in front of the sea when there's still no one on the beach. We went with small children, and it was perfect for us—the loungers on the beach and the room just a step away, with a fridge and microwave, we didn't need anything else. The concierge service was very good, Mr. Obet welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Excellent service from the waiters and the entire staff in general. The rooms are large, comfortable, and super clean. The best beach in the world, the ocean view is a gift. The best hotel on the island.

Cuxos Hotel is the best destination for adventuring and relaxing alone, as a couple, or with family. I went with my family and we all loved it. From the moment we arrived, the reception was very good to us, especially the young woman Jhoan who attended to us very kindly from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. The rooms have an incredible view of the sea and are very comfortable, clean, and with air conditioning. All the waiters were very attentive, I remember a few names, among them Adrian and Dioni. My wife is a professional chef, and she loved the food, the shrimp pizza, the ceviche with guacamole, and all the drinks we ordered; I recommend the margaritas. The whole atmosphere was fantastic, the beach was crystal clear, and the sunset was something we had never seen anywhere else. We took many beautiful photos. Undoubtedly, the administrators of this hotel thought of everything. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Absolutely perfect location and price. Billed as a moderate priced hotel, it's basic and AWESOME!!!! The cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. STAFF IS AWESOME AND ACCOMMODATING. Beach is pure heaven. We stayed in rooms 15,16,17 and it was stunning. Can't wait to go back. Don't listen to the poor reviews.
